Introduction - what is Lean and six Sigma- DMAIC-DMADV-VSM-Selection of projects

Define -Juran’s Pareto Analysis-Define current “As Is” process- Measure-Sources of variation, distribution- Data Collection-Detailed Process map- interpretation of process maps- problem identification- Displaying data- Graphs- Histograms- Box Plots- Sampling- Standard Normal Distribution

Measure - standard, normal distribution-probability and statistics-MSA Continuous data—calculating sigma level-capability analyse- confidence intervals-testing hypothesis when y and x are categorical-y is continuous and x is categorical- Measurement system analysis- Repeatability- Reproducibility- Calculation of Sigma level- Identifying Potential X’s- Cause-Effect Diagram, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)

Analyse - Stratification- Hypothesis testing-Confidence Intervals- difference between Y’s & X’s- Normality tests- ANOVA- Nonparametric tests- Analysis of variance (ANOVA)-nonparametric tests-testing hypothesis when Y is continuous and x is continuous-checkpoints
